Dhotel Patisserie is based in Friston near Aldeburgh, Suffolk, and run by Jean-Baptiste Dhotel, an award-winning pastry chef with 18 years experience.


Jean-Baptiste trained in Burgundy, France and has worked with some of the top chefs and in a two Michelin star restaurant. His achievements include the third place in the French Cup Patissier in Paris in 1999. Outside of France, he has worked in some of the finest English hotels and for an American cruise line.


Dhotel Wedding and Celebration Cakes are a collection of finest quality traditional icing cakes, gateaux, tortes, mousses, and croquembouches… exclusively designed and enhanced with artistic decorations.
We also offer a wide range of puddings, gateaux, tarts, mousses, tortes, quiches… All prepared using the finest quality ingredients and available to individual clients, restaurants, hotels, outside catering, gastro pubs and shops in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
